Ashley Mills Appointed CEO of The Vision Council

Subsequent to the announcement of Mike Daley’s retirement in June 2016, the Council has announced Ashley Mills appointment to CEO effective November 1.

Ms Mills, in a press release, praised the leadership of Mike Daley and the efforts of the team, looking forward to the new challenge, said “…the organization is poised to be even more effective and impactful in delivering on our mission to grow the marketplace and ensure the success of our members.”

Ms. Mills rejoined the Vision Council as VP Trade Shows and Meetings in January 2016 after a 10 year hiatus. Previously she was Director of Communications for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

Mike Daley will continue with The Vision Council through December 1, providing a transition period for the organization.
