Digital ECP Buying Group Consolidates Ownership

Digital ECP Inc. announces an agreement to change the ownership structure of the purchasing network. Karen Ouellette, co-founder and President of Corporate Accounts, will assume 100% ownership of the network through the purchase of all outstanding interests of Grant Larsen. Larsen was announced as CEO of Eye Recommend on November 8, 2017.

Ouellette has an extensive background in banking, client service and managing a buying group in Canada. In addition, she boasts a long history of building industry partnerships at all levels and delivering member value. Ouellette told Optik, “The consolidation of ownership will be of benefit to both our members and accredited suppliers. We will continue with our mission to effectively serve our members’ needs and to work with innovative industry suppliers to enhance competitiveness of independent eye care professionals in today’s challenging environment.”
