As reported in VMail on Monday December 14, Holly Rush will leave Luxottica Wholesale North America at the end of the year, five years almost to the day after being appointed chair. She will be replaced by Fabrizio Uguzzoni, the current Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance.

Formerly at Whirlpool and Bayer, Europe, Fabrizio Uguzzoni joined Luxottica six years ago, and left Europe to join the North American division two years ago. He has extensive experience in operations, finance, customer service, logistics and information technology.
