IRIS Acquires Three New Optometry Clinics in Alberta

Langley, BC — IRIS, The Visual Group announces the acquisition of the three Urban Optique locations in Calgary, Okotoks and Airdrie, Alberta.

Founded in 2006 by Dr. Harvey Kuntz and Dr. Russ Reisner, this Uncle/Nephew team has grown Urban Optique to be one of the largest privately held Optometric practices in Western Canada, with three locations and a team of 10 Optometrists and over 30 staff.

Dr. Russ Reisner started his career after earning his degree in optometry in 2001 from the University of Indiana. Like IRIS, the Urban Optique team is fully committed to
providing the absolute best experience to their patients. We are happy to welcome them to the IRIS family.
