Laval, QC — IRIS, The Visual Group (1990) Inc. announced the acquisition of the Nathalie Brien optometry clinic.

Dr. Michael Chaiken, president and chief executive officer of IRIS, The Visual Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of this clinic, well-established for several years now in the “Médi-Club du Sanctuaire” in Montreal. This acquisition is another notch in IRIS’s development strategy on the heel of its January 30th acquisition of Josephson Opticians, an industry icon that operates six retail locations in the Greater Toronto Area.

Dr. Brien will continue to practice at the Clinic and will hold certain responsibilities at IRIS with respect to the recruitment of optometrists.
