J.F. REY is expanding one of its most recognizable design signatures into its women’s eyewear collection with the launch of From Him to Her, a new campaign that reinterprets the brand’s distinctive double-layered metal construction for female consumers.
Originally developed for J.F. REY’s men’s collections, the design combines stainless steel and acetate through a layered construction that plays with thickness, contrast and colour. The approach has become a hallmark of the French eyewear brand’s design-driven identity and craftsmanship.
A signature design reimagined
For the new collection, J.F. REY introduces the construction into women’s eyewear through three exclusive frame designs.
According to the company, the new models offer a more refined interpretation of the concept, balancing sculptural volume with lighter, more delicate lines. The result is a feminine silhouette that retains the graphic character of the original men’s designs while presenting it in a new aesthetic.
Colour also takes on a more prominent role in the evolution of the construction. While the men’s models typically featured a monochromatic approach, the women’s collection incorporates two distinct tones to emphasize the geometry and depth of each frame.

Bridging men’s and women’s eyewear design
With the From Him to Her campaign, J.F. REY revisits one of its most recognizable design elements while exploring new creative possibilities.
The collection reflects a design philosophy that transcends traditional eyewear categories, bringing men’s and women’s styles together through a shared design language expressed in different ways.
By adapting a signature construction rather than creating an entirely separate aesthetic, JF REY continues to highlight the craftsmanship, innovation and distinctive visual identity that define the brand.
