Eye Wellness Centre Grand Opening in Niagara

Niagara, Ontario – A special event will be held on October 1, 2015, celebrating the opening of Niagara’s first Eye Wellness Centre and will feature Canadian celebrity Chef Anna Olson. Chef Olson will join the Eye Wellness Centre founder Dr. Laurie Capogna and together they will educate and inspire guests on eye health by preparing delicious Eyefoods recipes. Eye Wellness, which opened on August 31 st, 2015, is the first of its kind in the region. It offers an innovative vision and health centre that brings together industry leaders in nutrition, optometry, fitness and complementary medicine to help ensure superior visual performance in all their patients. The event is open for anyone who wishes to attend.

Chef Olson is enthusiastic about the innovative approach Dr. Capogna is developing. “It just makes sense to look at the overall health and lifestyle of a person as a part of their eye health. The eyes are a system within the body, just like your heart is, directly affected by overall health and well- being,” stated Celebrity Chef Anna Olson.
