U of W School of Optometry & Vision Science Celebrates 50 Years

University of Waterloo’s School of Optometry & Vision Science announces their 50th anniversary launch event. This event will be an opportunity to help bring students, faculty, staff and retirees together for some fun activities and get everyone in the spirit of the School’s 50th year.

On Wednesday, February 8, 2017, pick up a “passport” in the morning and then complete a scavenger hunt of facts, both historical and fun. There will be pizza and cupcakes, as well as 50th anniversary prizes to win! Participants will have all day to complete their passports.  Several speeches will be made during lunch and the first of the prizes will be awarded.  The day will wrap up with final prize draws.
