SILMO Paris is positioning its 2026 edition as a key international meeting point for the optical and eyewear industry, as the sector continues to evolve through technological change, shifting market dynamics, and new business models.
The show will take place from September 25 to 28, 2026, at Paris Nord Villepinte.
The event will bring together close to 900 exhibitors and more than 1,500 brands from over 40 countries, including France, Italy, Germany, Spain, the United States, Japan, Korea, and China. SILMO says 90% of exhibition space has already been booked.
Organizers describe the event as a platform for innovation, collaboration, and market insight across all major segments of the industry, including frames, lenses, connected eyewear, retail equipment, and services for opticians.
Among the featured areas, SILMO NEXT and its Tech Village will focus on developments shaping the future of the sector, including artificial intelligence, data, connected eyewear, and digital services. The space is intended to highlight emerging uses and technologies while exploring their practical relevance for the industry.
The show will also again include the SILMO d’Or Awards, which recognize innovation and design across the optical and eyewear sector. The awards are positioned by organizers as a major international reference point for creativity and product development.
SILMO says the 2026 edition will continue to emphasize networking and business development by bringing together decision-makers, designers, and industry experts from around the world.
